Order Tracking
1. How can I track my order?
Most orders are assigned a tracking number when they leave our warehouse. This number will be provided to you by email once your order has shipped.
2. Why doesn’t my tracking number work right away?
It may take up to 48 hours (or longer) for your package to be scanned and appear in the carrier’s tracking system. Even if your package has already left our warehouse, the carrier may not display tracking information immediately.
3. What if my order does not have a tracking number?
Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In these cases:
A tracking number may not be available right away.

4. Why does tracking availability vary?
Orders placed on Lumenco.ca may be shipped by different carriers and methods, depending on:
The type of product purchased
The shipping method selected at checkout
The carrier delivering your items
Because of this, not all orders have the same tracking options or update frequency.
