How to Place an Order 

1. How can I find the product I’m looking for?

You can browse products through the category menu or use the search bar located beside our logo to quickly find specific items.

 

 


2. How do I view details about a product?

Click on the image or title of the product in the catalog to see detailed information, specifications, and available options.


3. How do I add a product to my cart?

On the product page, select the options (if applicable), adjust the quantity, and then click “Add to Cart.”


4. How do I know if my product was added to the cart?

A confirmation message will appear on the screen as soon as a product is successfully added to your cart.


5. How can I view my shopping cart?

Click on “My Cart” in the top-right corner of the page to review items at any time.

  • When you’re ready to purchase, click “Proceed to Checkout.”


6. Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. If you wish, you can create an account after completing your order.


7. How do I select shipping and payment methods?

After entering your shipping address, you will be prompted to:

  • Select your shipping method

  • Choose your payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Sezzle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
     


8. Can I apply a discount code?

Yes. Before finalizing your purchase, enter your discount code at checkout. The total will update automatically if the code is valid.

 


9. How will I know my order went through?

  • A confirmation message will appear immediately after completing your order.

  • You will also receive an email confirmation with your order details.
