Shipping Fees
1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer:
Free shipping on decorative lighting orders of $99 or more (before taxes), excluding recessed and track lighting.
Free shipping on functional lighting orders of $1000 or more (before taxes).
2. Are there items not eligible for free shipping?
Yes. Items marked as oversized are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping charges will apply based on the item’s physical characteristics.
3. Does free shipping apply to clearance or final sale items?
No. Clearance and final sale products are not eligible for free shipping.
4. What happens if my shipping address is incorrect or incomplete?
If there is an error or missing information in the shipping address provided by the customer:
The order may be returned.
Reshipment fees will be charged to the customer.
5. Do you charge extra for remote areas?
Yes, in some cases. If the shipping address is classified as a remote area by our shipping company:
Additional charges may apply.
We will always contact you before your order is billed and shipped if remote area charges apply.
Lumenco will do its best to minimize additional costs.
